Mitch has been a hospitality industry leader for more than 25 years, first as a principal of Sage Hotel Corporation, having successfully owned and operated 35 nationally-franchised hotels throughout the Northeast and Canada. After selling the Sage portfolio, he formed Muroff Hospitality Group, specializing in the brokerage, sale and acquisition of hotels, motels, resorts, and inns, as well as the exclusive representation of hospitality industry clients in advisory, management and development opportunities. Not only is Mitch an experienced hospitality realtor, but is also an Attorney duly licensed and admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New York and before the Federal Courts. Peter Myers

With more than 25 years’ experience working in different capacities in hotels throughout New York State and New England, Pete has built extensive relationships with owners and hoteliers to increase occupancy and drive revenue. He worked at Darling Hotels as a GM for its Ramada, Days Inn, and independent hotel. Subsequently, he was VP Operations for Lake Shore Group overseeing 38 Super 8 Motels. Pete then pursued hospitality sales and marketing for Travel Media Group, having a successful 13 year run. His consultative approach allows clients to fully consider all options including strategic buying, selling, refinancing, or simply holding off for the right opportunity. Pete has a wide ranging professional network of owners, investors, and key players in the hotel and resort industry throughout the Northeast. Christon earned a Bachelor’s of Architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology. His day-to-day is designing, coordinating, and managing the construction of a multitude of projects of all sizes, primarily high-end residential at a boutique Manhattan-based architectural firm. His architectural expertise and knowledge provide a distinct benefit to his clients and customers as a licensed real estate salesperson at Muroff Hospitality Group. Muroff Hospitality Group Standardized Operating Procedures for Purchasers of Real Estate Pursuant to Real Property Law §442-H Muroff Hospitality Group is making these Standardized Operating Procedures available to the public. Hard copies of these Standardized Operating Procedures are available upon request at our office location. Standardized Operating Procedures for Prospective Homebuyers in Order to Receive Services from Muroff Hospitality Group • (1) We do not require identification from a prospective purchaser There is no general requirement to provide photo identification in order to work with Muroff Hospitality Group. However, prior to entry to our Muroff Hospitality Group office, customers may be required to present photo identification for security or similar purposes. Also, individual property owners, certain sponsor/ developer-clients or managing agents, or certain listing brokers may require photo identification prior to a showing or to work with them, and we will communicate this information to buyers when such a situation arises. • (2) We do not require a purchaser to sign an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement. An exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement is not required to work with Muroff Hospitality Group; however, nothing prevents any licensee from working with a prospective homebuyer under an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement for the mutual purpose of exclusivity. • (3) We do not require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show a purchaser properties. A pre-approval for a mortgage loan is not required to work with Muroff Hospitality Group per se, however, nothing prevents a licensee from recommending the prospective homebuyer obtain a pre-approval but may not require it; Individual property owners, certain sponsor/developer clients, or certain listing brokers may require one – and if so, we will communicate such information to prospective home buyers when such situations arise.
